Pole hire is £1, for all Nordic Walking classes except Learn to courses.
Ultimate Nordic (Wednesdays 9.15am) – All over body conditioning but low impact, using poles for the whole class. A mixture of staying on the common some weeks and walking other weeks but always contain resistance exercises. No running, no getting on the ground!
Beach Body (Thursday 9.15am) – All over body conditioning with high impact moves. Great for preparation for the swimsuit season. On the common. Lots on the ground, but this really works. Starts Thursday 18th April 6 week course £30
Nordic Wellbeing Starts Wednesday 17th April – £7 drop in – allow 2 hours. “Add life to your years, not just years to your life”. This will be a gentle class working on balance and strength combined with a walk – allow two hours. The location will change each week.
Learn to Run (Fridays at 12 noon at Cafe Twit, Great Missenden) – 6 week course Starting Friday 19th April. For total running beginners – you will be able to run 5K at the end of the session – honestly!
Before Attending your first class, please print off the attached PDF, complete it and bring it along to the first class, so that I can ensure I discuss and am aware of any medical / physical conditions.
