Pole hire is £2, for all Nordic Walking classes except Learn to courses or one on one technique sessions. **

Outdoor Workout (Thursdays 9.15am) – All over body conditioning with high impact moves. Great for preparation for the swimsuit season. On the common. Lots on the ground, but this really works.

Nordic Wellbeing – £7 drop in – allow 1.5 hours. “Add life to your years, not just years to your life”. This will be a gentle class working on balance and strength combined with a walk – allow two hours. The location will change each week.

Before Attending your first class, please print off the attached PDF, complete it and bring it along to the first class, so that I can ensure I discuss and am aware of any medical / physical conditions.
