Exercising Outdoors - Bootcamp Style

Have you thought about exercising at 7.30am on a Saturday morning – my mixed group on Saturday mornings is one of my favourite to teach, a great start to the weekend.

Outdoor Workouts – this is the type of fitness that gets results. It’s become incredibly popular over the last few years as a realistic alternative to a gym membership. It is a full workout, outdoors, and honestly makes intensive fitness training fun.

My Outdoor Workouts place the emphasis on fun, whilst giving you the best possible results for the time taken. They are suitable for all fitness levels, don’t worry if you are new to this type of exercise, but be warned – it is addictive! The sessions take place on the common, in the woods and in the surrounding countryside.

In addition to the traditional Outdoor Workouts on a Saturday morning I launch Christmas Countdown this month which is an Outdoor Workout suitable for those Nordic Walkers or runners who want to significantly increase fitness and strength. Christmas Countdown is suitable for those clients who want the results of an Outdoor Workout with low impact options. During these sessions I will split the group into runners and non-runners.

I screen all clients before each session, and due to small class sizes, I will ensure that you are doing an exercise within your capabilities, with easier and harder options for each exercise. Each session will cover a very diverse set of exercises to make sure that you never get bored.
